1. Information we collect

We only collect information necessary to provide our services:

• Contact details (name, email, phone) from your waitlist registration
• Business information you voluntarily share (business name, type, sales data)
• Transaction records you input via WhatsApp or our platform

2. End-to-end encryption

All your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 military-grade encryption. Your business records, customer lists, and financial data are never readable by anyone — including our own team — without your explicit authorization.

3. We never share your data

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties — not with advertisers, not with partners, not with investors. When we connect you with lenders or grant programs, we only share anonymized business performance metrics with your explicit consent.

4. Data ownership

You own 100% of your data. You can export, delete, or transfer your entire business history at any time. If you leave ZionMatrix, your data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

5. Loan partner data

For our ₦1M loan program, only verified repayment history and business consistency metrics are shared with partner banks — and only after you sign explicit consent. Your customer data, messages, and transaction details remain private.

Welcome to ZionMatrix. By joining our waitlist or using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for the ZionMatrix waitlist or using any of our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your business to these terms.

2. Waitlist & early access

Waitlist positions are granted on a first-come basis. The ₦3,500/month lifetime pricing and ₦1,000,000 loan eligibility are reserved for waitlist members who complete onboarding within 30 days of launch notification.

3. The ₦1,000,000 loan program

Loan qualification requires:

• Active, consistent use of ZionMatrix for 3 consecutive months
• Minimum recorded sales volume demonstrating business activity
• Timely responses to platform notifications

Only the first 10 qualifying businesses per cohort will receive loan approval. Loan disbursement is handled by partner financial institutions under their own terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use ZionMatrix only for legitimate business activities. Prohibited activities include:

• Recording fraudulent or fictitious transactions
• Using the platform for money laundering or illicit financial flows
• Spamming customers through our messaging systems
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or compromise platform security

5. Pricing commitment

Your ₦3,500/month pricing is locked for the lifetime of your account. Cancellation pauses this guarantee; re-subscription at a later date will be at then-current pricing.

6. Limitation of liability

ZionMatrix is provided "as is." Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

7. Dispute resolution

Disputes shall be resolved amicably through our support team first. Unresolved matters proceed to arbitration in Lagos State, Nigeria, under Nigerian law.
